Thank you for your interest in becoming an exhibitor or sponsor for the Lumpkin County Health Fair at Lumpkin County Park & Rec on August 23, 2025 from 9am - 4pm!
Event Information
Date: Saturday, August 23, 2025
Location: Lumpkin County Park & Rec | 365 Riley Road | Heritage Main
Time: 9am - 4pm (exhibitors to set up at 8am and take down between 4pm and 5pm)
Purpose: To provide our community with an introduction to the healthcare options and providers in or near Dahlonega.
Flow: Participants will enter through the main doors after stopping at the check-in table. At the check-in table, participants will collect a goodie bag filled with vendor swag, fill out a survey for an opportunity to win a raffle prize, and receive an exhibitor punch card. If participants want to receive another entry into the raffle, they must visit all exhibitors on the punch card. Exhibitors will use a unique marker to punch out their respective square once they have met with the participant.
Extra: Participants are not required to RSVP. This is a free event and open to the public.

Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsorships include recognition on all printed/digital flyers and materials, logo displayed on check-in banner, and a premium vendor booth.

There are two price points for sponsors: gold level ($700) and silver level ($450). The difference between the two levels is gold will have larger logos and receive the contact information provided by the participants at check-in. Silver will have smaller logos and will not receive the contact information provided by the participants at check-in.​
​Sponsorship spots are limited. Use the submission form below to indicate your preference and we will do our best to accommodate.
Exhibitor Details
Each exhibitor will be provided with a 6 ft table and 2 chairs. The tables will not have a tablecloth. If you need additional chairs or access to a power outlet, please let us know. We are happy to do our best to make any accommodations that we are able to, just let us know what you need in advance of the event.
The event begins at 9am, but exhibitors will be able to begin set up at 8am. Exhibitor breakdown begins at 4pm and ends at 5pm.
There are two price points for exhibitors: standard ($50) and premium ($100). The only difference is that a premium exhibitor will be featured on the punch card (see 'Flow" under 'Event Information' above for details). Standard exhibitors will not be on the punch card. Punch card space is limited and will not be available for all vendors. Use the submission form below to indicate your preference and we will do our best to accommodate.

It is important that we provide more than just information, if possible, to the public. We are interested in exhibitors that are able to offer screenings for the participants.
