Thank you for your interest in becoming an exhibitor or sponsor for the Lumpkin County Health Fair at Lumpkin County Parks & Rec on August 22, 2026 from 10am - 2pm!
Event Information
Date: Saturday, August 22, 2026
Location: Lumpkin County Parks & Rec | 365 Riley Road | Heritage Main
Time: 10am - 2pm (exhibitors to set up at 9am and take down between 2pm and 3pm)
Purpose: To provide our community with an introduction to the healthcare options and providers in or near Dahlonega.
Flow: Participants will enter through the main doors after stopping at the check-in table. At the check-in table, participants will collect a goodie bag filled with vendor swag and receive an exhibitor punch card. If participants want to receive an entry into the raffle, they must visit all exhibitors on the punch card to valid their raffle entry. Exhibitors will use a unique marker to punch out their respective square once they have met with the participant.
Extra: Participants are not required to RSVP. This is a free event and open to the public.

Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsorships include recognition on all printed/digital flyers and materials, logo displayed on check-in banner, and a premium vendor booth.

The are two price points for sponsors: Gold Sponsor ($700) and Silver Sponsor ($450). ​

Gold Sponsor – Premium visibility, 1 premium exhibitor booth, prime booth placement, dedicated social media spotlight, logo on all materials, and first right of renewal for next year.

Silver Sponsor – Strong presence with 1 premium exhibitor booth and standard booth placement, logo on select materials, and group recognition.

Exhibitor Details
Each exhibitor will be provided with a 6 ft table, 2 chairs, and a tablecloth. If you need additional chairs or access to a power outlet, please let us know. We are happy to do our best to make any accommodations that we are able to, just let us know what you need in advance of the event.
The event begins at 10am, but exhibitors will be able to begin set up at 9am. Exhibitor breakdown begins at 2pm and ends at 3pm. Do not begin breakdown prior to 2pm.
There are two price points for exhibitors: standard ($50) and premium ($100). The only difference is that a premium exhibitor will be featured on the punch card (see 'Flow" under 'Event Information' above for details). Standard exhibitors will not be on the punch card. Punch card space is limited and will not be available for all exhibitors. Use the submission form below to indicate your preference and we will do our best to accommodate.

It is important that we provide more than just information, if possible, to the public. We are interested in exhibitors that are able to offer screenings for the participants.
