All our new patients are asked to fill out an application for treatment, among other documents, as completely as possible. This will allow us to understand any past injuries or traumas that may have led to your current health condition.

No Charge Consultation

 

Dr. Tolbert will do a consultation with you in order to discuss your health concerns and goals as well as your past traumas and health history, so he can give you the best quality of care possible.

Chiropractic Postural X-rays 

 

After the consultation, Dr. Tolbert will decide if postural X-rays are necessary. If necessary, then we will then take all necessary Chiropractic postural X-rays. This will allow us to look at your skeletal system and determine the type of specific adjustment that needs to be utilized in your unique case and the extent of any spinal trauma or degeneration.

Report of Findings Discussed

 

On your next visit, after Dr. Tolbert have thoroughly evaluated your Chiropractic postural x-rays and findings, we request you bring your loved ones with you, as we will present a report of our findings to you. This report includes the analysis of your chiropractic postural X-rays. After reviewing the report of findings, Dr. Tolbert will prepare a recommendation for a corrective care plan.
